Neither does fully deleting and reinstalling the mods in question, NMM, or Skyrim Special Edition.
Attempts to reactivate them all end in failure, and neither starting NMM with administrator permissions nor Hard8's suggestion fix the problem. What's happening is that when certain mods are installed via NMM they will appear to install and activate initially, however, upon starting the game or restarting NMM it is found that they have deactivated themselves. Alright, based on the information that Gardevoir332 provided, I believe I'm experiencing the same problem, or at the very least something similar.
